We are “obsessed” with the nominees for MTV’s 2024 Video Music Awards. The award ceremony just released its full nominations list, today, Tuesday, Aug. 6. The public and fans can now vote for their favorite musician throughout the month ahead of the show, which will premiere on MTV on Tuesday, Sept. 10.
The full list includes over 15 gender-neutral categories with Olivia Rodrigo leading the pack for API musicians with four nominations under her belt. Newcomer Tyla was nominated for three awards, including Best New Artist, and another first-time nominee Laufey also made it to the list. Make sure to vote for your favorite artist before the show premieres, on vote.mtv.com until Aug. 30.
