The cast includes Cailee Spaeny, David Jonsson, Archie Renaux, Isabela Merced, Aileen Wu and Spike Fearn. Álvarez has previously directed the “Evil Dead” remake and “Don’t Breathe.” “Ailen: Romulus” was produced by Scott, Michael A. Pruss and Walter Hill.
