PHOTOS: Los Angeles Dodgers Host Korean Heritage Night

The Los Angeles Dodgers invited South Korean baseball legend Chan Ho Park, along with K-pop stars Yonghwa of CNBLUE and Ali for the Korean Heritage Night on Tuesday against the Cincinnati Reds.

Each fan who attended the game at Dodger Stadium received a Hyun-Jin Ryu bobblehead. Dodgers starting pitcher Ryu threw a perfect game into the eighth inning before giving up three hits as his team won, 4-3.

Pre-game ceremonies included the singing of South Korean national anthem by CNBLUE’s Yonghwa. His performance was followed by Ali who sang the American anthem.

Park, Korea’s first ever major leaguer and a former All-Star for the Dodgers, threw the ceremonial first pitch.
