It’s no big surprise to us, but it’s still kind of cool that “Korean tacos” were listed as one of the “The Coolest Food Trends of 2010” by Yahoo!’s food blog, Serious Eats. Hopefully, the tacos won’t go the way of cupcakes (so passé) and will still be cool for years to come!
