For her audition for South Korea reality TV contest K-pop Star, Kim Dong-wook sings an achingly beautiful rendition of Brian McKnight’s “One Last Cry,” stunning fellow contestants and judges.
At the 2:45 YG Entertainment CEO Yang Hyun Suk’s face expression pretty much sums it up.
The audition is from the show’s second season, but is still making rounds on the internet. Kim unfortunately did not make the top 10.
Brother and sister duo Akdong Musician won that season and signed with YG Entertainment.
