Fans of steamy romances and gorgeous ball gowns rejoice. Yerin Ha, best known for her roles as Kwan Ha in the Paramount+ series “Halo” and Alice in the Australian television show “Bad Behavior,”  will be joining Netflix’s “Bridgerton” in its fourth season, which is set to air in 2026.

The next installment of the beloved series will be based on the original Julia Quinn novel, “An Offer From a Gentlemen.” It will center around Benedict (Luke Thompson), the second eldest Bridgerton brother. Ha will play Sophie Beckett, a mysterious stranger known as the “Lady in Silver,” who Benedict meets at a masquerade ball and soon falls for throughout the events of the novel.

There is not much concrete news about the upcoming adaptation, but those curious to see Ha’s acting chops can catch her in the upcoming Dune prequel series “Dune: Prophecy,” which will air this November on Max.
