KoreAm freelancer Paul Park has just shared with us that New York City’s Boutique Eat Shop has made a very short list of Valentine’s Day-worthy hot spots on urbandaddy.com. You may recall that the hip new restaurant, often referred to as B.E.S., features the culinary creations of executive chef Charles Cho, a 29-year-old Korean American who has studied the culinary arts around the globe, including at the famed Le Cordon Bleu in France. He was featured in our Nov. 2010 issue.
