Golf fans will appreciate Kakao Games’ latest update for its hit virtual reality title “VR Golf Online.”
The game, which offers a virtual reality golf game for the HTC Vive and Oculus integrating real physics, now allows for voice chatting and cross-platform play between Steam and Oculus users across the globe, according to a recent announcement.
New and veteran golfers can now hit the green with more players than ever and move up in the ranks of an actual competition within 36 different courses.
There’s five unique character designs to choose from, and players can compete with others both locally and online to claim the title as champion.
Kakao Games is no newcomer to the world of hit game titles. Their sandbox fantasy MMORPG “Black Desert Online” for PC is well-known for its character customization and in-depth storyline.
Its parent company Kakao is responsible for the popular international mobile messenger KakaoTalk, beloved for its cute furry mascots as well as its famous Barack Obama notification tone.
