South Korea, is perhaps the most wired/Wi-Fied country in the world, but the government believes there is a problem with some individuals who are far too attached to their Internet.
By next year, the South Korean government will provide free software that would help combat idle or excessive time spent on the web. The software will automatically turn the computer off at a certain hour, and there have been reports of a software that would somehow induce enough boredom out of the user to cause a stoppage.
I’m not sure how affective this would be, especially with Starcraft 2 being released sometime soon.
