North Korea-philes have longed for this glorious day!
A photo of North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Il’s third wife and mother of heir apparent Kim Jong-un was released on Monday, the Korea Times reported.
The picture, snapped in 1973, shows a young Ko Young-Hee dancing with a fan. Check out the photo after the jump.

Ko is presumed to have died in 2004.
In other news, South Korean Marines are apparently using pictures of Kim and his son for target practice, according to the AP and the Daily Telegraph.
