UFC has been waiting patiently for the return of the Korean Zombie, aka Chan Sung Jung.
After leaving in 2014 to serve his mandatory two-year military service in South Korea, the featherweight division fighter has been busy, not only with training and rehabilitating previous injuries, but also raising his two daughters.
The zombie nickname comes from Jung’s ability to continue fighting fiercely, despite the tremendous amount of force his opponents send his way. He also currently holds the honor of having the fastest knockout in UFC history, at seven seconds (tied with Todd Duffee and Ryan Jimmo).
Jung makes his return to the UFC Octagon this weekend, on Feb. 4, against Dennis Bermudez.
