Status Kuo Fuses Rotiserrie Meats With Worldy Flavors

 

If you love fusion foods, then Status Kuo should definitely be on your Yelp’s bookmark list! Chef and owner, David Kuo, recently opened his restaurant in Los Angeles. He specializes in rotisserie meats while gathering tasty flavors and ingredients from around the world that are not usually combined. You can expect to see a variety of meats, such as lamb, chicken and Mediterranean sea bass on his menu. In addition to foreign flavors, Kuo also looks to the local weekly farmers market to ensure that he gets the freshest and best produce for his customers.

If you’re one of thousands of Coachella attendees this year, you’re in luck, because Status Kuo will be catering to your hungry bellies throughout the weekend’s festivities. They will be whipping up the Taiwanese Philly Cheesesteak, a traditional sandwich with a unique twist. You will bite into juicy rotisserie tri-tip paired with pickled mustard greens, green onions, sambal and cilantro, all tucked into a french roll while oozing with Vermont cheddar sauce. Mmm, I can hear my tummy growl with excitement already.

Coachella weekend cannot come fast enough and as a major foodie, you know Status Kuo will be one of my first stops!
