“The Sinner” is back, and the series’ mysteries are more twisted than ever.
The eight-episode fourth season premieres on USA Network tonight, Oct. 13, and follows the newly retired detective Henry Ambrose (Bill Pullman) as he travels to an island in northern Maine for a much-needed vacation with partner Sonya (Jessica Hecht). But their relaxing getaway is short-lived, as residents of the small seaside town descend into paranoia after a prominent local woman disappears. Actors Cindy Cheung and Ronin Wong join the main cast as Stephanie and Mike Lam, a hard-working immigrant couple from China who must reckon with increased xenophobia from their fellow islanders.
Executive produced by Jessica Biel, “The Sinner” first premiered in Aug. 2017 and has since been nominated for a Golden Globe Award. Detective Ambrose tackles a new homicide investigation in each season, traveling across the country to untangle different disturbing cases.
Catch the new season premiere tonight at 10 p.m. ET/PT!
