Whether the hotspot is a chill bar to hang out with your friends or it’s an upscale restaurant to lure in a love interest, we got your back.
Eat
Tataki Sushi and Sake Bar

Only in hipster San Francisco would you find a sustainable sushi bar. Tataki Sushi and Sake Bar changes their fish offerings seasonally, serving seafood that is caught efficiently and not overfished. You won’t have to worry about consuming food with high levels of mercury or contaminants either. Tataki’s meticulous inspection and selection of fish results in the freshest and finest sushi. While Tataki does not take reservations, their two newer Bay area locations, Tataki South (1740 Church Street) and Tataki Canyon (678 Chenery Street), do and are great for get-togethers.
The Beach and Park Chalet

The sister restaurants The Beach Chalet and The Park Chalet are located next to each other in Golden Gate Park. While the latter offers a slightly classier atmosphere appreciated by locals, the former maintains a splendid view of the ocean and is a great tourist spot. Both restaurants offer live music and weekly specials. Head to The Beach Chalet for Prime Rib Night on Mondays and beer that is brewed onsite. The Park Chalet holds Taco Tuesdays and happy hour from 3-6 pm Wednesdays through Fridays.

Beretta

Beretta offers the perfect balance of food and drinks. An extensive wine and cocktail list accompany a menu of tapa-style Italian food. There is only one main course a night, but it is easy to make a meal out of the small dishes and delicious pizza. Beretta also offers cocktail classes with the bar manager Ryan Fitzgerald. Remember to call in to reserve your place at this bustling hotspot.
Punch Drunk Brunch

Located on an alley off of the Broadway strip in North Beach, 15 Romolo is known for their artisanal cocktails. Now, they are offering Punch Drunk Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Their hair of the dog drink is a daily made punch that runs at $4 a glass. Nothing on the menu is over $10, making it a cheap and delicious hangover cure.

Every Thursday evening, the nightclub Ruby Skye is home to TORQ, one of the best 18+ electric dance music parties in San Francisco. Past headliners include Avicii, Dada Life, and Nero. Reserve your spot on the guest list for $10 tickets. On June 14th, TORQ is celebrating its fourth anniversary with a surprise headliner and free admission all night long. TORQ is a great way to kick off your weekend early.
The Endup

For some of us, a night full of dancing just isn’t enough. The Endup is famous for T’Dance, the weekly Sunday morning party that starts at 6am. With varying guest djs, T’Dance brings together people from all walks in life who share a common appreciation for partying hard and house music. Also, the fourth Saturday of every month is Shangri-la, a night especially for LGBT Asians.
