The stars of Jon M. Chu’s “Crazy Rich Asians” are gracing the cover of this week’s Entertainment Weekly.
While shooting the cover of Entertainment Weekly, Constance Wu and Henry Golding spoke of how honored they were to be part of such a glamorous and ambitious film project and how gratifying it was, especially, to be playing such well-rounded, complex characters, considered a rarity for actors of Asian descent.
Wu and Golding play Rachel and Nick, a young couple whose bond is tested when Rachel meets Nick’s obscenely rich family in Singapore. Warner Brothers announced this week that the film has been slotted for an August 2018 release.
