Heated Rivalry’s Hudson Williams Makes Runway Debut with DSquared2

Heated Rivalry star Hudson Williams traded his skates for snow boots as he strutted down the runway to open DSquared2’s Fall/Winter 2026/27 show on the first day of Milan Fashion Week. The show begins pitch black with a dancing pattern of flashing circle lights that end with a spotlight hitting Williams who then descended down icy white stairs amid a Winter Wonderland.

The setting of the show is designed to look like ski slopes with pine trees framing the top of the stairs, powdery snow bordering both sides of the runway, and ski fencing separating the audience from the models.

The Italian fashion label was founded in 1995 by Toronto-born twins Dean and Dan Caten. The brand has adorned many celebrities over the years with tongue in cheek designs, and their shows have gained headlines over the years for having fully immersive set designs and being half fashion show, half party.

Williams’ jacket initially looks like multiple layers, but upon closer inspection, it is a Frankensteined denim jacket appliquéd on an Army green nylon jacket. Maple leaf trim runs down the sleeves of the jacket, referencing both the designers’ hometown and the setting of Heated Rivalry. Underneath the jacket, he wears a navy double zip vest with a striped white collar. His bottom layer is a sparkling beaded numbered 64 top that looks like an oversized racing ski bib and references the twins’ birth year. His footwear are clever boots that upon first look appear to be buckled ski boots, but are actually motorcycle boots. He wears tight black pants with stacked legs and a hat casually hooked on the belt loop.

As the models do their final walks of the show, Williams is the last model to walk right before the twin designers who are both sat atop the shoulders of two muscular shirtless models. The designers are adorned with hockey jerseys, another cheeky nod to our Heated Rivalry star. The show is a lovely homage to the whole spectrum of ski culture including the ski bums, Olympians, and aprés-ski divas.
