While everyone is prepping for the upcoming major four city Fashion Weeks, the Fashion Design Council of India along with Amazon.in (Amazon.com) presented a series of shows exhibiting the elaborately designed works of India’s established and emerging designers.
If we break down what haute couture really means, it is simply a reference to very high-end quality, custom made garments. While there is certain criteria that must be met to be considered an actual couture house, if you look through all the amazing pieces, you can see the substantial amount of time and passion that went into producing the ornate embroidery, bead work and draping that the designers presented at Amazon India Couture Week 2015.
