K-pop Playlist of the Week: BTOB, TWICE & MIXNINE

October is out, and November is in. Likewise, check out which new K-pop tracks are “in” and which oldie still has us jamming.

“Missing You” – BTOB

BTOB has established themselves as one of the strongest K-pop groups in terms of vocals, and they shine best when tackling classic boy band material and pop ballads like “Missing You.”

“Likey” – TWICE

Twice is back with another quirky, colorful earworm of a melody and an addictive point dance that’s sure to become the next viral trend.

“Just Dance” – MIXNINE

YG is jumping aboard the survival show hype train with MIXNINE. To show off their charms and talent, the contestants performed “Just Dance,” an electrifying retro dance track from YG’s very own Teddy Park.

“Love Story” – Epik High ft. IU

Epik High might be one of the best examples of expanding and growing one’s sound while staying true to one’s musical roots. Chart-topper IU’s crystal clear vocals pair perfectly with the rap group’s verses.

“Like a Fire” – SHINee

This live version of SHINee’s “Like a Fire” is the superior version of the song. Few artists in K-pop can top this veteran group in stage presence.
