‘Maze Runner: The Death Cure’ Picks Up Social Media Steam

“Maze Runner: The Death Cure,” the third and final installment in the film trilogy out Jan. 26, is proving to be one of the buzziest movies of the new year. 

According to comScore, a media measurement and analytics service, “The Death Cure” drove almost 600,000 new conversations on social media, making it last week’s most talked-about film.

In it, Ki Hong Lee plays Minho, who alongside a group of teens fights to survive in a dystopian world. The actor was seen in the first two seasons of Netflix’s “The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.”

Directed by Wes Ball, “The Death Cure” also stars Dylan O’Brien, Kaya Scodelario and Thomas Brodie-Sangster and is adapted from the popular young adult series by James Dashner.
