Momofuku Wedding Cake

We love pretty much everything that comes out of Momofuku (have you had their pork buns??), and even though none of us here are on the marriage track right now, we would love to get our hands on some Momofuku wedding cake!

Pastry chef Christina Tosi, the genius behind Momofuku’s Milk Bar, recently filmed a short video for TheFeast.com, showing off Momofuku’s latest addition: tiered wedding cakes.

The cake featured in the video above is David Chang’s personal favorite, a chocolate chip layered cake, with passion fruit curd, chocolate crumbs and coffee buttercream, which was originally created for Chang’s birthday a few years ago.

The delectables are cheap for wedding cake standards – they start at just $300, and brides can arrange for a $25 tasting at any of the Momofuku Milk Bars in New York. But if you’re not lucky enough to live near any of the locations, you can still order the cakes online!
