We all know Randall Park as charming TV dad Louis Huang on ABC’s “Fresh Off The Boat,” but did you know that the actor also has a background in rap?
That’s right — Park, who used to front the Los Angeles-based hip hop group Ill Again, is bringing us back to his roots as the next guest on the new TBS battle rap competition series “Drop the Mic.”
The series premiered on Oct. 24 on TBS and is executive produced by James Corden, who based the new series on his popular “Late Late Show with James Corden” bit, alongside rapper Method Man.
The comedic battle rap competition pairs celebrities to face-off in a rap battle royale.
Park’s rap battle against James Van Der Beek airs Wednesday night, Nov. 1, on TBS.
