“Flarsky,” an upcoming comedy headlined by Seth Rogen and Charlize Theron, has cast Ravi Patel, according to Deadline.
In the film, directed by Jonathan Levine and slated for a 2019 release, Rogen is a downtrodden journalist who sets out to win the affections of Theron, who plays one of the world’s most powerful women. Patel joins June Diane Raphael (CBS’ “By the Book”) as two of Theron’s aides.
Patel, who is most known for creating the comedy documentary film “Meet the Patels,” in which he also stars, with his sister Geeta, has recurred on shows like Netflix’s “Master of None” and TBS’ “Wrecked.”
