Calling all Walking Dead fans! I’m sure you’re at the edge of your seat waiting for the new season to begin. Unfortunately, we can’t make the new episodes come any faster, but we can bring you this cover of Entertainment Weekly featuring your favorite gun-shooting couple from The Walking Dead, Glenn and Maggie.
Steven Yeun and Lauren Cohan took a break from their photo shoot to speak to Entertainment Weekly and answer a very important question. [SPOILER ALERT] Their characters spent most of the previous season apart while desperately trying to find one another. But love prevails and the two are eventually reunited!
… Only to be captured and put in danger.
So EW had to ask. Would Glenn and Maggie prefer being apart, but safe or together, but in danger? The two actors quickly decided that Glenn and Maggie would prefer to be together despite whatever danger may come.
“I think the preference is to be together regardless of whether the circumstances are difficult,” Yeun said. “At the least, you’re with the person that matters the most to you in this world. At this point, what the world has become, that is your world. Your world is who your with. The world is the people that you love. If it’s not with them, the what’s the point of continuing on?”
