Take a Summer Trip With Dave Bautista to Italy in the ‘My Spy: The Eternal City’ Trailer

The film follows the 2020 Amazon Original “My Spy,” will premiere this summer.

Amazon Prime Video released the trailer for the new family adventure “My Spy: The Eternal City,” the sequel to the witty and action-packed 2020 action comedy, which will be out on streaming July 18.

This new movie starring Dave Bautista and Chloe Coleman is set in some of Europe’s treasured locations. JJ (Bautista) has the opportunity to bond with his new stepdaughter Sophie (Coleman), on a grand Italian tour when her school choir is selected to perform for the Pope in Vatican City. As one of the trip’s chaperones, JJ tags along to trek to the Venetian canals, across across Florence’s renowned bridges and Rome’s most historic sites. But this isn’t the peaceful European holiday they expected when JJ and Sophie become pawns in a terrorist plot that poses a threat to the world. The cast is reunited with stars Ken Jeong and Kristen Schaal, joined by Anna Faris, Craig Robinson and Flula Borg. “My Spy: The Eternal City” was directed by Pete Segal who is known for “Get Smart” and “50 First Dates.”
