Forget wearing one of those dorky little mister fans around your neck. If you really want to beat the heat on these scorching summer days, look to the masters of cool in South Korea. This Sinchon Water Gun Festival happened last week in the hipster-flooded district of Seoul, and the photos and footage are making me want to dig out my old Super Soakers right this instant. There were DJs, dancing, drumming and an appearance by Soju Man. They sure had a blast.
