I am KoreAm and proud because:
I am a Korean adoptee, a happy wife & a mom. My son is a Korexican (Korean & Mexican).
Why is being proud to be a “KoreAm” important to you?
I was raised in a white family, but important to me to embrace my Korean culture & introduce Korean things to my son.
Who has been the biggest influence in your life?
Jesus.
If you had to evacuate your house immediately, what is the one thing you would grab on the way out?
Aside from family/pets … my photo albums.
What is your greatest regret?
Not calling my Dad just to talk, he passed away last year and never got to meet his grandson.
What is your biggest fear or worry?
Sharks.
What is one quality you admire most in others?
Courage.
Are you an early bird or a night owl?
Early bird
What quality do you appreciate most in a friend?
Sense of humor.
Would you rather be rich or famous?
Rich.
What is your best and worst trait?
I am a loyal friend. I am also a stubborn & inpatient person.
What was the last good book you read?
Unbroken.
If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be?
I would reverse the damage to our environment.
What has given you the most pleasure in the last year?
My son.
