John Cho Joins Season Two Of FOX’s ‘The Exorcist’

The latest for John Cho is FOX’s “The Exorcist,” which has pulled in the actor for its coming second season.

The horror drama, which serves as a follow-up to the 1973 film, received its renewal in May and comes back in September. The series follows Father Tomas Ortega (Alfonso Herrera) and Marcus Keane (Ben Daniels) as they fight ancient evil forces.

Cho will play Andrew Kim, a “former child psychologist who runs a group home for five at-risk foster children on a secluded private island off the coast of Seattle,” according to Deadline.

The Korean American actor was last seen in Kogonada’s “Columbus,” which debuted at Sundance, and is due to star in USA Today’s “Connoisseur.”
