Korean American Entertainers To Tour Asia

Musician David Choi is set to tour various countries in Southeast Asia beginning with performances in the Philippines, according to the Philippine Star.

The 25-year-old singer will put on a pair of shows in Manila on June 24-25 preceded by gigs in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore and followed by shows in Indonesia and Australia, the newspaper reported.

By My Side is David’s latest album release. The production, which he did all by himself, is excellent and the songs are soft lilting ballads of the sort that Pinoys like very much. Think Colbie Caillat, Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz. Light but sentimental. Emotional but without the histrionics. Simple but expressive. Definitely young and very hip.
