Shay Mitchell is reuniting with her “Pretty Little Liars” executive producer I. Marlene King for “Heiresses,” ABC’s newest family soap and mystery television show, according to TVLine.
Based on “Pretty Little Liars” author Sara Shepard’s novel, “Heiresses” will follow the Saybrook family, who’ve made their fortune in the diamond industry. A past tragedy has driven the family apart, but when a new threat surfaces, the Saybrook cousins must band together to find out who is plotting against them.
Mitchell is best known for playing Emily Fields on Freeform’s “Pretty Little Liars,” but on top of “Heiresses,” she is also involved in projects such as Lifetime’s upcoming thriller series “You” and Freeform’s upcoming “Pretty Little Liars” spin-off series.
