Racebending.com is staging protests today in Los Angeles and Seattle against the “discriminatory casting practices” in “The Last Airbender.”
If you’re in Los Angeles, the protest will be at the Arclight in Hollywood, on the corner of Sunset & Vine, starting at 5 p.m.
If you’re in Seattle, the protest will be at Regal Thornton Place & Imax in Northgate from 3:30 to 7.pm.
Little Aang is not Asian in M. Night Shyamalan’s film–but that doesn’t seem to be the only problem. It’s finally risen to 6 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
