This is especially true for up-and-coming entrepreneurs that are trying to share their unique and innovative dishes and merchandise. With many chefs showcasing their food here, dishes will not only be funky and fresh, but downright delicious. Here is just a small list of some unique dishes that will be offered at this years 626 Night Market. Don’t miss out!

Taking a traditional dessert and putting a playful spin on it, egg pudding in actual egg shells is a festive, fun and new way to enjoy a delectably sweet treat. Once you get past the shell, you will be greeted with a soft custard-like texture that will melt in your mouth. I’m sold!

When you think of mochi you often think of the dessert. However, Korean mochi actually takes on a savory flavor and wrapping it in crispy bacon only enhances the crunchiness of the mochi. Not to mention it also has it’s own house-made shoyu sauce.

For those of you that don’t know, croquettes are breaded, fluffy, crispy balls filled with savory gooey perfection. In this particular case, OK Korokkay will be taking their croquettes up a notch by filling them with lobster mac & cheese. If lobster mac & cheese wasn’t good enough, they deep fry them to perfection for a crunchy exterior and warm cheesy filling.
