Kore Pro-Am is returning for its 12th year on April 2 and 3.
The annual golf tournament, presented by Axalta Dura Coat Products and hosted by Pechanga Resort & Casino, pairs community amateurs to play with LPGA pros at Journey at Pechanga.
This year, amateurs and 29 professional players — among them Chella Choi, Jenny Shin and Angel Yin — will compete in a scramble-format game, as well as the Red Ginseng Challenge, sponsored by CheongKwanJang, for longest drive, putting hole-in-one and chipping hole-in-one.
Top LPGA golfers like Inbee Park, Shanshan Feng, So Yeon Ryu and Amy Yang have played at Pro-Am in past years.
Axalta Dura Coat Products, led by President and CEO Dr. Mike Hong, is a manufacturer of high-performance industrial coatings. Pechanga, the largest casino and resort in California, just unveiled its $300 million expansion, which doubled its hotel rooms and added event spaces, hydrotherapy pools and a spa and fitness center.
