Arnold Schwarzenegger, current governor of California, recently embarked on a week-long Asia tour.
Schwarzenegger is on the business trip to find the best high-speed rail developer to link San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Schwarzenegger landed in Seoul on Tuesday, and went straight to Gyeonggi’s Hwaseong Fortress to sign a memorandum of understanding with Gyeonggi Governor Kim Moon-soo.
“Over 350,000 Korean residents live in California, which is also the place where the largest number of Koreans live abroad,” Governor Kim said in a greeting message.
Schwarzenegger will also meet with South Korean President Lee Myung-bak before returning home.
