[VIDEO] The Evolution of K-pop Dance

Any old school K-poppers in the house? Take a stroll down memory lane by watching a compilation of some of the most iconic K-pop dance routines.

A group of students from Wheaton College in Illinois recently celebrated their Korean heritage at their school’s Lunar New Year Festival in the most awesome way possible—a K-pop dance mashup. From Kim Gun-mo’s 1994 techno track “Wrongful Meeting” to AKMU’s “200%,” the students performed hit K-pop dances from the last 20 years.

Throughout the 8-minute video, you’ll find iconic moves from K-pop classics, such as H.O.T.’s “Candy” and Wonder Girls’ “Tell Me,” as well as contemporary choreography from EXO, 2PM, PSY, Crayon Pop and others.
